Refund Policy

All purchases are generally final once promotional placement has been successfully delivered and credited to the submitted project.

Refunds are not provided solely because a project's ranking, PAGE SHARE, visibility, traffic, clicks, conversions, or performance changes or does not meet expectations.

Successfully paid projects that fall outside the current Top 25 remain recorded in ALL-TIME, but being outside the Top 25 does not itself qualify a purchase for a refund.

Refund requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, failure to credit a successful payment due to a technical error, or circumstances required by applicable law may be reviewed.

Payments and eligible refunds are processed through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Refund handling may be subject to Dodo Payments' applicable buyer and payment terms, payment-network or chargeback rules, and applicable law. ONE PAGE WAR cannot promise to override those rules or any statutory consumer rights.
