Privacy Policy

Information submitted to ONE PAGE WAR

We process the project URL you submit, its normalized URL and domain, detected public metadata such as title, description and logo, any optional description you provide, and contribution and payment state. Servers may also process ordinary request information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, request time, headers, and error information.

Payment information

Checkout and payment processing are provided by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. ONE PAGE WAR stores payment reconciliation records such as amount, currency, status, provider references, and webhook event references, but does not directly collect or store full card numbers or billing addresses. Dodo Payments may process customer, payment, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, and compliance information under its own Privacy Policy.

Database and infrastructure

Supabase stores project metadata, war totals, and payment and refund reconciliation records. Hosting providers such as Vercel may process limited request, operational, and security logs needed to run and protect the service.

Cookies and analytics

ONE PAGE WAR currently has no application analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookie code. We do not show a cookie banner because the application does not currently set those optional trackers. Infrastructure and payment providers may use their own necessary technologies under their policies.

Public information

Project information submitted for participation—including the project name, destination URL, domain, logo, description, and contribution totals—may become publicly visible on THE PAGE and/or ALL-TIME.

Retention

Project, contribution, payment, refund, and reconciliation records are retained in the application database as a persistent history. The current system does not apply an automatic deletion period. Records may be retained as needed for operation, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and applicable legal obligations.
